I can't say I know this piece well, but I'm sure I've heard it before.

Really fluid playing Alfredo (and great tone), and I love that you did the brass parts with a guitar! Thoroughly enjoyed listening.

You are a jazz master Alfredo! You have all the instruments sounding like I'm sitting in a lounge listening to a real jazz band while sipping a martini.....and I'm not leaving until I have a second one. Fantastic guitar!

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

Your guitar sounds great on this tune, always loved Ray Charles' version. Love hearing different approaches to the same tune, so many interpretations are possible.

Hook

Enjoying this mightily after about 4 rum& cokes. Dude

My first listen after a had spell with work, and this is just so right to come in for a landing. I just started listening to Art B in the last few years, and this was a great choice for a tune. The brass sounds flippin' great. What are the pros and cons of the Triple Play?

Magnificent post.

Blooby

Again, thanks everybody!

Blooby, first of all, some considerations:

- in the Guitar-to-MIDI world in general, the results come from the quality of the samples

- it's fundamental to play as clean as possible

- quite often it's also important to "think" different, as you were not playing a guitar.

These things considered, FTP is by general consensus actually the most accurate and reliable MIDI interface for a guitar player. It's been developed by Andras Szalay, the man who had already invented the project for Axon series interfaces.

Plus:
It's fast. It's wireless. It's class compliant on both Macs and PCs. It doesn't need any particular esaphonic pickup. For mounting, it doesn't require any physical work (= no damage) on the guitar. Very, very comfortable and reliable.

Cons:
I've read that there are some models of guitar where mounting the FTP could be rather difficult. But surely no problem with usual Strats, Les Pauls etc.

You may find HUNDREDS of comments about the FTP here:

Well Mike, what can I say...if a REAL jazz musician appreciates what I do, with my heavy, big limits, that's splendid news for me!  :D

So, thanks to you and to your dad, you made my day!
