Depends what format the music notation is in, Alex. If it's just a PDF printout (or similar), then there's not much you can do... well, you could get Guitar Pro (which is what I use - a bit costly, but worth it. There are free alternatives available like PowerTab, but it's a bit more "fiddly" to use) then laboriously type the music notation from your original into it and it'll give you a tab. The problem I can see with that method is that it helps to be able to read music in order to write it out (or copy it) accurately. And if you could read music, you wouldn't need it turning into a tab. I reckon it would be less difficult just to learn a few music reading basics, to be honest. Give me a shout if you need a hand  :)

Not sure exactly what you're looking for but here are two free programs that let you enter music as tablature and turn it into sheet music or vice-versa.

MuseScore

You also have some apps that will read music for you. Not sure if there's some that will convert it to midi for you, but here's a couple that plays what you take a picture of:

iSeeNotes Pro

MusicPal

If you get a midi-file there's apps or programs that can show a tab- notation, but I suspect they will only be moderately successful in giving a playable fingering ;D I tried to import some midi-files into Progression on the iPad and the result varied a lot depending on the nature of the midi-file.

Thanks John, 64, and Geir,
I had a piece of music and not being able to read John kindly wrote it out as tabs for me,
These programs and apps are very helpful, Thank you,
I have never bothered about reading music but lately I have took an interest in Jazz, since our Jazz fest, and a lot of things I have looked at show you the music, I suppose I should try and learn music now I have retired but I then think I have played over 50 years without it, Might give it a go,
Thanks again everyone....
