Great tune.  A very worthy finale to a productive Met. Glad it was a blast.

Geir, I seem to remember you posting pictures of your place somewhere here. Do you recall where that may be?

My favorite of all the Norskot posts...but i enjoyed them all because you could hear and feel the chemistry of friendship there in that hut. This song tho really grabbed me for it's melancholy feel and sincere deliveries. The melodica was a cool touch. The twin acoustics were so warm and inviting and James your lyric, and especially your vocal delivery, just encompassed up what sounds like it must have been a really fun time. It was there in your voice, like a sigh in the wind over the fjords. Geir and Jarle are fine bandmates. Gotta go look for the pics of the hut. The vid really brought it all home. Wonderful that you all could get together up there near the top of the world and pull this off again. Thanks for sharing it and long may you all live.

Fantastic. It's not "almost like being there", but I'm sure it does evoke some of the atmosphere ... and a yearning to join you on a future outing! That's a great live-in-studio recording.
Dueling BR1600s. Beats banjos.

Thought it was appropriate to bump this one as this is the last day at my job. After 22 years and plus another three years as a volunteer before I started I am leaving for pastures new and start my new job on Monday.
