My phone wouldn't play this track the other day and finally I have some time at my laptop & it's so not dissapointing at all. It is however surprising, not the take I imagined you would interpret but its a wonderful arrangement. There is a quality in the vocals, kinda of reserved yet very passionate which in turn gives it impact & the lush, dreamy backer really gives this a very...noirish? feel. Whatever it is, I dig much so.

Such a nice clean production.  It's hard to believe that this kind of product could be home grown solo production.  I know the tech's been out there for a while, but it still catches me off guard.

I also like that you didn't try to reproduce The Police.  This is a great interpretation of a good song.
