Rainbow Hippie Dream

A new blues track I wrote about our country's immigration policy, soon after reading that our beloved, previously wealthy neighbours - Sweden - will become a third world country by 2030, and us Finns are in the exact same boat with them. The changes in the past few years have been really appalling to watch happen.

I live inside some rainbow hippie dream
was pretty sure I'd end up in hell
but I'm stuck inside this rainbow hippie dream
so it's no hell for me, hell for me, no hell for me

Bright colors shine in the vacant eyes
Bright colors fill the empty sky
Well, all this light just hurts my eyes
and theres no shade I can find
(No hell for me, no hell for me)

Too much tolerance brings only fear
Some doors should not be opened
The veterans turn inside their graves
When they see the rainbow hippie dream

They opened laws and the borders
to save the country
but sowed the seeds for the evil
And now we sit here in silence
Watch ponds become a sea
and man regress to medieval

The streets are unsafe for children now
The skins patrol the streets at nights
Why do we have to live in fear
in a country that our forefathers bled for?

Every day it is the same
More bad news come pouring in
I got to get back to my nightmare
'cause I can't take the dream anymore

There will be bombings and gunfire
Hell finally breaks free
Holy war for the Kingdom
We'll all be watching in silence
the ponds become a sea
that drowns all our freedom

The streets are unsafe for children now

Unfortunately I can't get this to play on Windows 10, Linux Mint or Blackberry 10. Can you suggest an OS where it does work? We have Android and iOS, although they probably need to be charged.

I don't think the OS is the problem, Leigh. It's more likely to be a question of whether you have Adobe Flash installed and if your web browser supports it. I'm using Firefox 44.0 under Ubuntu 12.04 and the player above works just fine for me, but only when Flash is enabled.
