Hi all, I needed a song to try the new guitar out with and what better than a Tom Petty classic. I have taken considerable liberties with the arrangement but I hope you like it.

Track 1 Fender Acoustic
Track 2 Fender Jazzmaster
Track 3 Brand X Bass
Track 4 Fender Jazzmaster
Track 5 Electric Piano (Synth)
Track 6 Oooohs
Track 7/8  Vocal

A real fine version of Break Down Willie! You have made it your own. The new Jazzmaster sounds excellent! Which pickup are you playing on?

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

Hi Farrell and thank you, I used the Jazzmaster straight into the BR900, clean channel on the back pickup. I added a little reverb but wanted to listen to the guitar rather than effects. After I had posted this I put it through my little Fender Mustang amp and believe me there is a lot of potential to be tapped. The neck will also take a little getting used to as the circumference is different to the Strat but is very playable. Hope this answers the question.  Regards. Willie

Great cover willie, that guitar tone sounds fantastic.
If that's straight in to the desk it will sound even better through the amp.
Well done.
