Here's a nice Love song for you all.

I know that when I met my darling wife it was love at first sight. Maybe not this dramatic...But pretty close.

Brilliant retro-vibe on this one. Especially with that phase effect, instant '70s cool :)

Lovely song, I hope your missus is impressed!

Hi Alex. I put my Guitar through a Line 6 M9 Stomp Box and ran it directly into the BR 800 guitar input with the effects disabled. I find that the effects from the Line 6 is of much higher quality than that of the built in effects within the BR 800. I used a Fender American HSS Strat, a Squire Precision Bass, a Yamaha P-120 using it's B3 sound and the internal BR 800 drum machine.

During the recording process I ran out of tracks for harmony vocals so I mastered the rhythm and lead guitar parts. In the end I recorded 2 vocal harmony tracks, 2 lead guitar tracks, a bass track, a stereo rhythm track and a stereo main vocal track. (When you do interim mastering you should turn the Master FX off). BTW I always do my final mastering with the Master FX on and at the default setting. I use an M Audio Solaris microphone. Very fragile. If you scream at it too closely it takes a few minutes to recover???? It definitely needs a pop filter.

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

I love the vocal delivery and the sixties/seventies backing. Nice sounds.

There's one spot at about 2.10 where the organ seems to be playing a different chord to the rest of the band for half a bar. But that's a small thing and doesn't detract from the overall pleasure of listening.
Dueling BR1600s. Beats banjos.
