Well I must have nothing to do, or simply am trying to avoid doing some chores around the house ....
Second today - blimey!
This is an old tune that I wrote with Attica, my old band. Re-recorded it as an instrumental today. It used to have lyrics, however being one never to turn down endlessly long guitar solo's - you know the score. This tune was always a little laid back, so I made it a little more (ho-hum) lively. A bit of fun for me - indulge me :-)

Yep - leave the chores to - others.  (Notice how I deftly avoided typing anything controversia!l).

I love a 3 minute guitar solo!  Hints of a Santana-esque vibe.  Particularly like the move to a more major feel towards the end.

That Kemper still slays me, or is it really a Behringer, and you've been having a laugh on my account?

Great tones as always and great playing as always. Were those keys, a guitar synth, or a combo?

Blooby

Yeah great tones Bruno, reminded me a little of Skunk Baxter on early  Steely Dan material. Love it.  Willie

Thanks for the comments all.

Brother - yip, the sax and the flute is the GR-20 with the Squire strat.

Blooby - the guitar tones are all Kemper (including the bass) :-) It still amazes we what a variety of tones you can pull out this thing. Clean guitar with thick chorus and lead. Plus the GR-20 as above for flute and sax. I also had the GR-20 triggering the poly-synth for the solo synth line - so all played on guitar :-)

Willie/Pipes - its funny you say that - you've reminded me that when I used to play with the band, we had a few people say Steely Dan, particularly on this track. I'd completely forgotten that. The funny thing is that none of us ever were Steely Dan listeners. This is now the age of the internet, where I can listen to these bands - so I will make a point to listen to them :-)
