"World Peace Seems Kinda Stupid" a Hook original for WPFest

I had to have some work done on my car so I spent 2 hours on both Monday & Tuesday in the waiting room of a Tire Choice, during which time I made this backer and wrote the lyrics. Did the vocals last night in the car.

I wish I had a piece where's the hells my glock

Against nature itself

In this modern day and age
Let's try for a peace week
With a ribbon colored beige
And maybe we could partner ourselves with
A fast food chain
A peaceful meal
seems a goal that's real

Unity is preached yet compromise is so far from achieved

Against culture,faith and need

When kids die at the hands of cops
Let our leaders show us peace
It will trickle down from the top

Got to say enjoyed this immensely,  the strings give it an urgency and the sax fits well too. In my opinion one of your best, just great song writing!

Great sound, love that sax sound - reminiscent of Sting, that floaty sax - very cool.

This really is a killer submission.  The piece is so well constructed. 

Now you need to sign Arnold Schwarzenegger for the video.  Stallone will do in a pinch.  Unless you want to go younger and better looking.  I was thinking Scarlett Johansson, but almost anyone would fit that criteria.
