Spent the weekend in still trying to learn my way around Sonar X3 Studio.
Takes a while for an old dog to learn new tricks... :D

Was using this old Byrds song to practice with.

Thanks for listening.

These days I merely dabble at being old and wise.
But I swear, I used to absolutely excel at being young and stupid.

Nice one - the guitar tone really sets the mood beautifully.

The recording sounds crystal clear hooper......I think you are well on your way to mastering the Sonar X-3 studio. You have captured the essence of the Bryds sound here with the jingle jangle guitar and the cool vox harmony...nice!

I don't know much about the Byrds, but I can tell straight off that you nailed their sound beautifully.  Great listen, very well put together.  I should find out more about Byrds

I'm familiar with a lot of earlier Byrds tunes, but somehow I missed this one. Great job, hooper - the guitars and vocals sound fab. In fact, you really nailed that McGuinn vibe.

Totally enjoyed listening.

Beautiful.  You've got the 12 string electric jinglin' and a janglin'.

Glad you have found some time to work with the new Sonar package.  So now, when can I get an intro lesson?  Yep, got X3 for Christmas.

So you have changed your toolbox, had to learn how to make it all work, but the result sounds like a classic Hooper track, clean, accurate, uncluttered and perfectly delivered.

I'd say that you'd got the hang of that.

Lovely stuff Ken!
