Well I was more than happy with lurkers singing Blooby :-) Fabulous - this has got the vibe of three songcrafters having a fabulous time, doing what we all love to do. Magic.

Here are the lyrics.  I wrote most of these while driving out to Blooby's.  Many squirrels died.  Hook and Blooby did a great job of fleshing out the bare bones chord progression I offered.  Many of those bones had to be reset in the process.  These guys handled the surgery very deftly.  Great tuneside manner, too.

There Are Roads

There are roads that I have traveled
That were better left unexplored
There were times I should have been sated
When I went back for more
There were lips I should have kissed
And others I should've ignored
But had I never boarded that boat
I'd never have washed up on these shores

Had I spent my life waiting
I'd never come to find
All the world's within my grasp
If I just make up my mind
And the multitude of people
Some are cruel and some are blind
But it's me who makes the choices
By which I am defined

When life comes you've got to live it
Don't forget the past remember to forgive it
When you're moving it's easier to meet what's coming
The hardest part's to rise above it

I've complained about my lot
I've been thankful for my share
Of the joys in their abundance
And the pains that I've been spared
It's too easy to lose focus
Too easy to compare
My life with those of others
And forget the clothes I wear

When life comes you've got to live it
Don't forget the past remember to forgive it
When you're moving it's easier to meet what's coming
The hardest part's to rise above it

Now that's funny.

Write some lyrics while in your scotch-fueled camping mode.
