Unless you're ... or Buddhist? But then, given that a central tenet of Buddhism is compassion, I suspect regarding the Christmas frenzy with amused forbearance is probably de rigeur.

Even devout atheists like me can enjoy Christmas. It doesn't seem to have much to do with religion any more. In my house its mostly about shopping and eating.

Not a huge fan of the Xmas insanity myself. As soon as Guy Fawkes night is over we're bombarded with tinsel & carols for two solid months... Bah! Humbug!
