Thanks again, one & all. And a Happy Christmas to everyone :)

Just done a video for this. I Googled some pictures of hot rods and put this little slideshow together using a programme called "Muvee"...

Seriously good guitar slinging.

No point in buying a Les Paul. It won't sound any better, just cost you a lot more money.

Superior stuff, John.  Even a bit of plectrum tapping at the end, if I'm not much mistaken!  Love it.

Farrell Jackson

Great video of all the hot rods to go along with this sizzling song John! The reworked ending does work better at keeping the pedal to the metal.

Test, test, one, two, three.....is this mic on?

You must be really pleased with the new toy, you play it like you've had it forever.  Fabulous.   Willie

Great playing, and an excellent arrangement. It has light and shade as well as full-ahead rock credentials. I agree with Farrell's comment: the harmonised leads sound fantastic.

What might I tweak if this were mine? Perhaps I'd take a closer look at that key change - there was just a brief moment of uncertainty as a first time listener before I realised that's what was happening.

This is solid stuff. First rate.
