Hook you are perfectly right it misses some adjustment of tone on certain acute string and it rings (involuntarily) little as a piano junk(dance hall) and it can hurt  musiciane who have the absolute pitch..

Autoharp is very special instrument, very easy to play in strumming.....but like for all instruments there is some person virtuoso for this instrument like for example Karen Mueller in this irish tune
