Acoustic Baritone Guitar

Does or has anyone owned or played one of these acoustic baritone beauties? I've been eyeing them for some time now but they've been more than I want to spend on a specialty guitar. But now Alvarez has come out with an affordable model at around $400. You an also get it with an onboard pre amp pickup system. I love the low tones it produces with it's B to B standard tuning. The more I look at and listen to the reviews the more I think I need it! G.A.S. is good. If you are not familiar with them check out this youtube demo review of the Alvarez.
