This is a "new and improved" version uploaded- thanks for the ideas everyone.

My first new song in a long while.
I've been re-recording and making instrumental versions of old songs and I think it takes away from the creativity needed for new work.
Hope you like.
Constructive criticism comments gratefully received.

Very nice tune Glenn, I enjoyed the ride.
For constructive criticism - I would like to hear this with a drum track, probably snare with brushes to drive it along, I can kinda hear that in my head listening to this - but perhaps that's just me???

Such lovely guitar fills. I really dug this. I'm trying to imagine this with drums, but I am falling flat on an appropriate beat.

Very nice tune with great vocals. There is a southeast musician where who ekes out a living with nightly gigs, and he sort of inspired me to start playing live again. His voice sounds uncannily like this, or maybe it's just my failing memory.

Well done Glenn! The guitar fills throughout are cool. Great vocals also....when that high harmony enters on the chorus it really kicks it up a notch. As far as drums...I'm not sure what would sound right. Maybe some hand percussion (shakers/tambourine/congas) to give it a bit more glue but it sounds fine as is to me. Has a sort of Jimmy Buffet style to it.

Thanks for the crits guys.
I tried a funky drum track but it didn't work.
Maybe the bass and other background tracks need EQ and volume tweaks to make room.
