i had been playing along to John's demo all day https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=24182.0 and had to stop myself from doing a live in the living room version when i realised it was a producers fest. i've not used any of John's track but tried to build it from scratch. i stole a saved beat from an old song of mine but adapted it for this one. as i progressed from this one it sort of took it's own path, lyrics changing ever so slightly etc, my hands where at the wheel yes, but not in control.
