Thanks for you interest in this I think excellent instrumental/song. I speak Greek at home even though I am Australian (I live with my mother) so it didn't even occur to me to call it Never On Sunday.

I think I recall a scene in the movie where the bouzouki player is upset because he can't read music. Reading music has helped me but I think there is no one way to learn. I'm not sure although I have heard that a lot of bouzouki players don't read.
