Bro

Gotta love that groove! Thats so nice sounding!

Great job on the vocals to!
If you loose track over a chord progression, play as fast as you possibly can. Nobody will know. Thats how they invented bebop.

One of my favorite songs! That robot really sings, man. Nice work. I saw ZZ Top about a year and a half ago. They played "Sharp Dressed Man" at halftime of the 2007 Kansas/Virginia Tech Orange Bowl game in Miami, FL. I got free tix and only went to see ZZ. I didn't give two hoots about the game. Rock and Roll lives!!

I'm still catching up on posts I missed while I was away but had to jump in here out of sequence as this is one of my all time ZZ faves (and I'm a big ZZ fan). You did a really great job here, great homage to Billy G without just copying. Just love it  8) 8) BTW, first time I've ever heard guitar do synth toms toms!! Neat little slide you do there. Fabulous sound as well, as always.

The only thing I don't like is the singing - pretty lame job in my view. Any chance you can eliminate the vox? I'm sure I could do better, or at least die trying. I may end up eating my words but I'd love to give it a go. Kody could murder this.

Cheers,

Nigel

Uh oh, taking me at my word. But it's worth a try. I'll watch the collabs. I really enjoyed your playing this.
