this one was recorded live in the living room.  ;D ;D ;D

another one for the producers. i had just finished mastering previous song and had my £10 acoustic out and this just sorta happened, lots of fluffs etc but took about thirty minutes to write and record, i'm sure someone out there could make this song sound a lot better. (again will post the chords when i can figure their names out).

update chords are
D. E m11(no 5th).  E m9

then

G6.  E sus4.  E m

the jester sings the blues
he sings them out of tune
the only way he knows
the queen is not amused
the king knows what to do
he cries "off with his head"
he's dragged off to the tower
left there to sweat for hours
the king then changes heart
cries "let the jester out"
so the jester tells a joke
the king he nearly chokes
has never laughed so loud
so the jester tries again
and causes great offence
it's back off to the tower
he's manacled and chained
and left to sweat again
the king then changes heart
cries "let the jester out"

Hook

Just found this one yesterday and it's a very cool song. I've got to nothing on the br80 right now, I might give This a whirl this week. I have a new tempo and slight newish rhythm in mind, my interests are quite sparked. Did we ever decide if this would be the hidden Easter egg of a fest that never ends...that does sound cool...in a dorkish kinda way. I like to add ish onto words if it's the least bit apropriateish.
Rock onish!

would love to hear your take on this one Hook.  tho we never decided on continuing the demo fest, i still from time to time flag my songs as demo's in the hope that someone does them properly.

Oh yes, this is a good song.

There's no reason we can't keep submitting songs as Demo's is there, to see if anyone wants to redo them?
