I went into the shed to to put down a few guitar tracks for an SC friend and found this song one track short of done so I thought I would get it finished and out of the way.

1 big problem occured tonite, my PC has lost the ability to make sound, so I have not been able to mix etc in Audacity like normal so I have no idea how it sounds!?!

Anyway, this is a track off Ryan Adams' Gold album, it was so long since I started it not sure why I started it.

It is real Harmonica playing, I got an Eb harmonica earlier in the year!!

Sounds good over here! I don't know the original, but I enjoyed the vocals, harmonica and guitars - it's a (fire)cracker!

DKTO, but enjoyed listening to your version of it, Burtog.  Touch of the Johnny Marr about the guitar playing I thought.

Hi Geir,

I recorded both Harp and vox through my Rode mic, I put the triple vocal setting on the BR for the harp to thicken it up a bit!!

Mix sounds great and it's a corker of a post. He has a tune called "Goodnight Rosie" that I would love to tackle. It's got a great harmony guitar part in there.

Really like your vocals on this one. Should we expect your version of Ryans Adams' version of Taylor Swift now?
