Looking at my First Post, Albatross, always been a fav of mine, I recorded it recently , such a difference, I dont think its so much the playing I think its been finding my way around my MBR.
The Seashore sound on my first post sounds like cars zooming past a window.. ;D ;D ;D

Cheers   Alex

Hello Alex,

very interesting to compare the two versions... and  the winner for me is...the second version: better sound for all the instruments especially the lead guitar
I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

The newest version has a much lusher sound Alex. I'd say you have found your way around the MBR quite well but it's your guitar playing that's the real star. Nice one!

Jim Morrison said "the cars hiss by my window, like the waves down on the beach".  You're in esteemed company in making that comparison.

I like both versions.  The newer version is better recorded, to be sure.  And the guitar sound and playing is mega.
