"Just Not Simple" a Hook original

Here's the 2nd tune written & recorded with my Cuatro. I'm totally digging it but it's another set of chord shapes crowding my tiny little brain. Done in Corner Studios, the main Cuatro/vocal track is 1 track through the AT2035 condenser & 1 with the 008 on board mic (simultaneously) and the little lead line was through the mic.

I am loving the sound on your Cuatro, I am trying to think what it sounds like, maybe a Balalaika,

That's a sweet sounding instrument, Hook.  And that is a beautiful song.  Love the plaintive tone to your voice on this one. 

This is a contender for my favourite song of yours.

That's a lovely rich sound from the Cuatro.  And it seems to have brought a softer side out of your voice too.  I like it.

Listened to this earlier brother - fabulous sounding. This is a great recording, I love that thingy-ma-jig thing that you've bought :-) Great tune, inspired.

I must admit I thought at first you had bought an Audi Quatro - and that the spelling was different your side of the Atlantic!

I was expecting that the next video you put up would be of you recording in a 1980's German touring car.

Instead it is a sweet sounding instrument.  I guess that you will still get some mileage out of it!  (See what I did there?)
