Hooks got some new toys

Well, it's been all about the MET, work & family (I should re-order those probably) that I've neglected to show off some recent additions to my arsenal of gear. Due to the extreme kindness of a good friend I now have great new condenser mic-Audio -Technica AT2035 & a Behringer Tube Ultragain Mic200.


I also changed cell providers and got an ipad mini in the deal!!

And last but not least I got this Ibanez Gio for $30 at a pawn shop last Wednesday. Haven't owned an electric for 20 years and have been wanting one. Of course I don't have much money so I've been trolling craigslist for months and this shop advertised a cheap Strat copy (The Target brand I think), it wasn't worth the $30 they wanted but they offered the gio and I couldn't pass it up. Got some time to noddle & it seems to play & feel alright. I'll try to record something with it over the weekend.

Love the new toys, Hook. I think Ibanez makes really good guitars for the money. I have one that I bought in 1985.

I was going to fix this for you but I thought it might be better to invest some time in creating a guide about image attachments so that everyone can learn how to deal with images in their posts.

In this case, you probably want to get a photo resizing app for your Android phone. There are a bunch of free ones here:

Or you could try a free online photo resizer (see the link in the guide).

You can replace your attachments with the smaller versions. However, you should read the "Large Images" section of the guide because you might want to include both the smaller images and the full size images and link them to each other using the [imglink][/imglink] tags. That way, the page will load fast because it will only load the smaller images. But if anyone clicks on any of those smaller images, the full size image will then be loaded into their web browser so they can study it in detail.

Since I saw these items in person, I had some G.A.S. of my own (an ART preamp and new Rode NTA-1). Congrats. 'tis the holiday season 12 months out of the year around here.

Thanks for the tutorials 64, sorry it took me so long to fix it. Probably no surprise to anyone, I found the resizing tool in Photo Gallery, right there in front of my eyes.
