my email box was filled with music whilst i was in kos, this one came from long time collaborator Bodie (Dave) Sickler. Again it had to wait till i got home.

Fine song, and some classy picking from Bodie.

You could possibly, for my money, put the vocal just a touch louder on this one too? It works as it is, but I suspect it could work even better - at the moment, the picking demands my attention more than the voice, I have to mentally block it out to concentrate on the vocal.

Yep, second listen, I love the song more. I think raising the vocal a touch would make it a WOW! on first listen... (leave the final "beneath the sun"s at the same level as now, that gives a nice outtro and lets the listener go away with "fab song, wow listen to that picking")(it's all a big con game, this mixing lark! )
