Sounds Pretty Good to me..Its got a real open feel (not reverby or echoy just open)

I second that. Sounds great to these blown ear drums. I actually remember buying this album way back in the day from BMG Music when CDs were hot-to-trot. :-\ I got it in the mail, popped it in and listened to this song. Then I was like..."wtf is this Lemon Parade?" Haha. Can't wait for your re-do.

Every time I listen to somebody's mp3, I think to myself.... I want to play like that. I have ability envy, and now I have voice envy. Great song!

Thanks everbody!! I re-did it on the MBR~  You can hear that version by clicking on the following link.  I'm much happier with the way it came out.  I completely re-started from scratch, added another guitar track and some heavenly choir sounds from my daughter's keyboard.....

Like I said, SPOT-FUCKING-ON!!!  I'm not a huge fan of this song, but you made it better than the original!

Bro

If you loose track over a chord progression, play as fast as you possibly can. Nobody will know. Thats how they invented bebop.

Kody, I haven't listened to the newer version yet. Just finished listening to the first one. I think it's incredible. You have a terrific voice for this, and the touch of harmony is just right. The guitar is played perfectly for this song. I agree with 48, it sounds great stripped down like this. Loved it. Now I have to listen to the newer mix and compare. Great work!
There are only three kinds of drummers. Those who can count, and those who can't.
