I've been finding it a bit hard to come up with anything lately so I thought I'd get my mandola out and try and do something with a celtic feel. It didn't turn out that way. More of a middle eastern dub thing.

Loved it!!!

A special atmosphere, love all the organic traditional sounds you put in this composition...
Great mandola playing

Nothing wrong with a middle eastern dub thing. This sounds good to me. Well played.

Blooby

Absolutely loved it. Choice of sounds, the percussion, the recording, the performance...just a stellar post. Could be the genesis of a really cool song, especially if orh pulls out his Peter Gabriel card.

 Cheers Blooby and James.
I suppose a mandola is just a tenor mandolin. It's tuned to the same notes as a viola. The one I bought is a Blue Moon Mandola that I got of Amazon. I wouldn't recommend it, the intonation is all over the place. I suppose you get what you pay for.
