Here's a song I've put together for the Atmosphest, coincidentally inspired by this news item from the Grauniad.  If only there was a news fest or something...

It's a fairly simple piece.  Anyone familiar with GarageBand should spot the smart strings.  A lot of drum tracks though, from DM-1.  There was supposed to be a vocal but none came.  I would really like it if someone could add one though, around the theme of mass extinctions.

Yesterdays shatter, tomorrows don't matter

Very cool Nick. Hugely cinematic, makes me imagine a lone survivor surveying his dessimated world.
Excellent work.
Rock on!

Because the Hook brings you back
I ain't tellin' you no lie
The hook brings you back
On that you can rely

You captured the solemnity of the news article (not an easy task by any stretch). That is some very fine music.

Lone surviver walking into the desert haze to an uncertain future - yes indeed. Nicely done Nick.
