"Unlucky Monkey" a Hook original

Every now & then I need to remind you all that I do play guitar also. Did most of this last night, added vocal this morning in the car (ps02) before my morning gig. The lyrics were left over from MonkeyFest but I did write the 3rd verse today. The guitar is my Epiphone EL00pro acoustic/Electric going into my pocket pod, drums are garageband.

Not content with monstering the current fest, you have to revisit old ones too?  Is there no end to your creativity / work ethic?

Nice to hear a guitar, I must say.  Don't get me wrong, I like a uke as much as the next man...

I remember back in the Monkey fest you turned me on to the idea of monkey as metaphor and it inspired me to write one of the songs I'm most proud of.  And I can see more of that satire / insight in this lyric.
