i recorded a live in the living room version of this earlier today. plan being to give it a bigger production when i got a chance, had an empty for an hour or two this evening, so redid it. slowed it right down, don't know if it's worse or better, but certainly it's different from the earlier version.  https://songcrafters.org/community/index.php?topic=23471.0

And after everything is said and done
and after everything has fallen down
and after everyone has left the scene
can you remember
any of your dreams
and after everybody's had their say
and come to realise it's far too late
there's nothing anyone can do
do you remember
any of your dreams
how we where gonna make a better world
a place where everyone could get along
have you forgotten
do you remember
do you remember
any of your dreams
any of your dreams

This song is great in both versions. It is bigger here, but more direct in the other version. I like them both. They supplement each other.

Jarle

Lovely song James. Having listened to both versions I must say, even though they're both nice, I prefer this one.

Popontour

I have just joined as a newbie this morning to learn how to use my new BR800. Found the post on patches  which is going to help me a lot I think. But then found your lovely song, it's gentle and very moving for my early morning start, thank you for a great song.  Just a PS :could I record such good quality reproduction  on my new BR800?
