Had an email this morning, they said they changed their minds at the last minute and plan to use it (the first song) in Thurs programme instead. Of course, there's no guarantee they won't change their minds again and Thurs is the last programme in the series.

It was quite a tall order having 24hrs to write a song (the follow-up) with a specific brief, knowing that the recorded version might be broadcast. Whatever does, or doesn't happen, I'm proud of myself for getting it done
