Using effects pedals with BR800

Hi Friend,

Anyone have tested using the real Boss Cs-3 Compressor/Sustain Pedal (physical pedal) instead of using the BR800 section: -[COMP/LM] with the same compressor settings?

What I am trying to know is if I get more quality and sustain from the pedal itself instead of settings on the BR800.
