DrC and Geir: since this was a mono recording with guitar and vocal on the same tracks, I felt it needed some movement in the sound. So I went through the available effects in Audacity and settle on some delay and phasing placed on the whole song. This seemed to give it some depth and movement. I still think it needs something more. For one thing a better recording on separate tracks and and possibly a bass guitar. But who knows what happens when I start adding things...sometimes I can't stop myself, lol.
