history: Fairytale is the Donovan's second album, taken out in October, 1965 to Pye Records. The Scottish singer goes away there some more from the influence of Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan to develop a more personal style.

It s a really particular song, a little Jazzy,  about " Goodge street" wich is a metro station in London

 for me BIAB it is the easy way out but as soon as I have a little more time(actually  big renovationworks in my country house...), I  makes myself my own backtracks  with guitar, banjo, dobro, uke, bass etc. it is satisfactorier!
