I don't know this song but I do like the way you have performed it.

I can see us walking down the Siene on an Autumn day with Django strumming away beside us.  With Eric watching from behind a newspaper - wishing he could do it as well.

In other words, you got my imagination going.

I post the video which I made on YT on this song because it is interesting to know where from comes this song universally known
This song consisted in 1945 by Prevert and Kosma for ilustrate  the movie " les portes de la nuit " with Yves Montand.

The movie was going to be a failure.... but the song interpreted by Yves Montant was going to become, translated into English, a standard of the Jazz " Autumn Leaves "

Always have loved this song - don't care who covers it, but there is a very beautiful version by Eva Cassidy.
I have often sung it live, but not, as yet, got around to recording it...any day now...
