Hi all, still haven't caught up but, I wanted to join a fest which I don't often have time to do. As always done in a hurry (at 66 you can't hang about). Anyway, dedicated to mid management who do the work while higher management take the plaudits.  Enjoy.   Willie

Woke up this morning the alarm was ringing in my ear
Poured out my cornflakes and wished oh I wished it was a beer
Turned on the radio to see what was going on today.
Down to the station and caught the 7.30 train.

I'm late for work again
It really is a such pain
THey'll stop my wage again.
Guess I'll be working late
The company think it's something great
"Cos they don't have to pay me.

Sandwiches have all gone stale
Canteen foods not worth a shit
Not subsidised by any means, it's far too dear.
I really need a bigger desk
This ones really in a mess
I've lost my phone although I I know it's here.

And then I'm backon the train\Heading for my hpme again, oh what a day. Oh what a day.
Pour a Scotch to ease my head
And fall across my crumpled bed
Tomorrows another day.
