guess who disappeared up his backside again  ;D.

i crossed the river into the city
i felt so cold and alone
over the water the trains and the traffic
heading to their destinations
i cross the border into a new land
i feel so cold and alone
nobody listens nobody cares
they have their own destinations
i cross my fingers and pray tomorrow
that i won't feel so cold and alone
is there no comfort is there no solace
what will be my destination
i am a stranger
lost in a strange land
i feel so cold and alone

Hook

Good stuff you've found up there😝. I dig the jangly guitar and the meandering lead. Listening through my phone speakers so I've got no low end but the production seems really tight, I assume youre using your 800? What about the vocals, I just did some vocals today using the MBR into my 008 (it's the anti-boss👹) and it works well & I get to use the fornylon setting.
Very cool tune

song was recorded on my br800 but i struggled with vox on it. i ended up plugging my microbr into it via the line in and sang through that.

Nice one James, great sound..
I often use the MBR through the 800 via the line in, as good as the 800 is I think the MBR is far better for vox.
Well done....

Have you been to England again?

I like the lyrics here a lot. Existential anxiety. And the backing track bumps along beautifully.
