Inspired by an excellent German vampire film set in Berlin ('We Are the Night'), I decided to put some vampires in Paris instead.

Written on guitar, then transposed into Garageband electric piano, regular piano, and organ parts as a base layer. I then added Fender Precision, vocals and Telecaster parts over the top.

Everything recorded and mixed on the MBR.

It has a kind of music hall / cockney knees-up thing going on  ;D

I want to be a Vampire of Paris - as long as I can get chauffeured around in the back of a blacked out Mercedes. Hopefully a 1960's split windscreen as favoured by the baddies in James Bond. those deep leather seats..... And I imagine that the vampire ladies of Paris are the fittest in the world :)

This is a great track Tim.
We are here on Earth to fart around. Don't let anybody tell you any different

My vampire recommendation would be Let the Right One In (the original Swedish).

Nice catchy song, Tim, very enjoyable.

Two Greeny Mondays in a row - can we infer a trend yet?

Oh yes, fab song Tim, and enjoyed the comments as well! I had no idea songcrafters had such a dark side... I have no favourite vampire movie but happy to assert Star Wars is a true story any day of the week! Brilliant fella, loved the vocals and the organs going on around the bass lines
