I do like a challenge ...... I might have overreached here, but if was damned fun !!!!

There are several versions of the original, instrumental and live with vocals .... I tried to combine them and make it my own, the osteoarthritis should have made me choose to slow the tempo down a bit, but what's the fun in that

anyway .... hope I haven't ruined it .... thanx for a great song Bruno and Hook !!!

I really like the original(s) of this, it's a fine tune. You have pulled this of nicely, I like the rawness in your version. Great playing, maybe you need a banjo

Its a real swamp stomp, rocking and stomping and charging ahead....brilliant choice to put the chugging electric guitar in there.  And the frantic tone in your voice is just so fine.  Great one from a great one..........covering a couple of great ones...........thats great x4........

Now this is something else, this tune has always been one of my Bruno/Hook favourites and this is a great choice and a stunning rendition.

You have replicated the energy and upbeatness of the original, with those urgent guitars sounding spot on, and there is also some serious power and control in that fantastic vocal with some excellent harmonies backing it up.

You took on a beast and conquered it!

Super stuff, you took on a hell of a song and you did it proud. It got a nice edge to it, love the slightly dirty tone of the guitar, its got a real bite to it. Great vocals!!!!

This is a great fest, having someone else cover your tunes is a very humbling experience, and a little strange as you are looking at it from the "other side" for the first time (if you know what I mean). I was just about to go to work this morning and spotted this. Didn't have a lot of time to comment. But this is great. This really showcases Hook's wonderfully witty lyrics on this. Great playing Geir and super vocals, love the edge that you bring to this tune, awesome :-) It also reminds me that we (Hook and I) have never "studio" recorded this one (recording live in the  living room in Florida, and live in Florida :-) )
