My first music post for over one year, and of course it's a repeat of something I posted already  . Anyway, I know Jim has been waiting a long time for this so it's only fair I post it. This is the "Weird Science" track I originally did for Bassfest (which was actually in 2013!!!) so the music is all bass guitars (except the drums). I posted it as an instrumental and Jim came up with some lyrics that he recorded and sent me. For a whole bunch of reasons I won't bore you with they have been sitting around for one year gathering dust but I finally added them to the mix. I'm glad I did because they sound great to me and really bring the song alive. I can't listen to it as an instrumental anymore and have been humming the chorus all day. Great work Jim!!!

When you see the names involved in this collab you just know it gonna be cool, menacing track allied to cracking lyric and vox, absolute keeper!!

That's spooky, I was only listening to, and enjoying, the original yesterday and saw that Jim had mentioned back then about a vocal being added, and wondered if this had ever developed.

The original was exceptional, I love a bass sounding fuzzy and guitar-like, and the menacing spoken word verses sit very nicely against the brooding backdrop.

I see what you mean about that chorus, it just soars and grabs you from the first time you hear it and it's a great vocal hook.

Long time coming maybe, but worth the wait Gents.

Great work guys and it surely has a resemblance to the weird science
movie theme . but yet . surely your own . hard 2 descrive but this took

Just shows what you can do with multitracked bass guitars.  Very compelling.  Lyrics and recitation are great.  Sound like the deep philosophical lyrics of ORH.
