Advice needed MrBud

I have on my Micro BR a mp3 copy of a song,,,that i want to record additional parts to it...
How to proceed so,as to not to erase the mp3 ?    Is there a fairly simple way ?  [ I'm using the micro BR]  ....
Any help highly appreciated...

i assume the mp3 file you want to add to is in the mp3folder on your sd card.

create a new song
press the utility button and select TRK
press the cursor button directly under the utility button
select IMP
select the mp3 file you want to use and press next
use the + value button to select the destination you want to import song to
you want to import song to TR12V1 if it's a stereo file.
press TIM then press next
the mp3 file will then be imported to tracks 1 and 2. remember to pan these tracks full left and right for the full stereo spectrum. you now have tracks 3 and 4 to add to. if you want to add more then you will need to bounce.  Bounce to TR12V2 and carry on. hope that makes sense.
