Down on my luck (song for facemask)

It's Been a strange day,Rob was in my mind constantly and I had to get this song done.
The words tore at me when I sang them and it was in my head to hold back on the guitar and blend it so it left space for any other contributions.
Many of us on this site didn't know Rob on a personal level,I.e we had not met up with him,but he was a big part of our songcrafter family and made us feel important and like kindred spirits.
I worried that the time of year when so many people are so busy that it would not be enough time to get this thing together.
It was important to me to do this version and send out my message to Rob,and to other songcrafters.
We are all so shocked and saddened by this and all these comments on this song are a validation on all we hold dear about this site and about its members.
When we write and collaborate we do it from the heart and from Country to country we speak the same language .
One of our brothers is gone and I'm honored to have been a part of this song.
