Here is my 2014 Christmas song.

It is built around the 3/4 drum track while I compiled using EZ Drummer 2.  I am in love with this system because it there are lots of great samples and its easy to put them together.

Otherwise on the track are:

Fender Strat via  AC30; Cole Clark acoustic; Fender Squire Bass straight into BR800; all keys (piano, strings, horns and woodwind) are Sonar samples; and voices are me.

I hope you like it.  

Tell me if you think the mix is a bit murky.  I'm not sure just yet.

Very peaceful Christmas feel here, Ian... 3/4 rhythm works fine on this! I'm on my 2nd listening and now this feels very catchy! Enjoyable listening!

Lovely Christmas tune, Ian.

Can't beat the sound of electric guitar through a Vox amp, and the horns & woodwinds really add a touch of holiday class.

And it's even got the snow - hey ho.  But wait, down in Oz it's summer now, isn't it?

Excellent Christmas song Ian! I like the sustain you're getting on the tremolo guitar. I struggle to get my tremolo chords to carry that long. Great festive melody and words even if they are a bit tongue and cheek...well done!
