Act Naturally - Beatles Cover - Festival Submission

Hi,

This is for the Beatles Festival...

I had no idea what song to pick as i know the beatles catalogue is massive so i went on the beatles web site and the first one i listened to i quite liked... so anyway here is my version.

Great job, Mike. However, I'm afraid it doesn't qualify for Beatles Challenge Fest since "Act Naturally" was already covered in our first Beatles Fest by The Elderly Brothers and by Swan Song. The challenge of Beatles Challenge Fest is to cover only songs that haven't been done yet in our first two Beatles Fests. The idea is to complete some more of the Beatles' albums. We've already completed Abbey Road and Rubber Soul, and several more are quite close to completion.

Ahhh... Doh!

Sorry I should have read the rules properly. Anyhow, it was a good exercise for me as I discovered a good song from the beatles!

I've always like this song also Mike and you've done a splendid job with it! It was written by Johnny Russell and Voni Morrison, originally recorded by Buck Owens and the Buckaroos then the Beatles...among others. Well done!
