One of the best  friends I had
Came from somewhere over in Wales
Man he could play guitar

Altho' I never met TJ we were the best of pals
Dare I say it a mutual admiration society in everything we played
but he was the MAN
He was the GUITAR MAN

Now TJ could make a guitar sing or cry
Man he was supreme
Having him on a Col-lab made you feel like
The cat who  got the cream
He was the man
The Wizard GUITAR MAN
Now Tony never criticized anyone
He never put anyone down
Altho' some of the music posted
Would make a tone deaf dog frown
He was that kind of man
Yeh The GUITAR MAN

Well now one of my greatest ambitions
Was to sit and jam with TJ
Was hoping to meet him and Helen
And have a really good day
But it was'nt to be
Life got in the way

Nice tribute tune Tommy. We all miss the ol' Welch Wizard and it's cool that you worked up this tune.

TJ would be smilin' i'm sure...he surely did love to rock out eh? It always surprised me how he loved to post all those metalhead covers but would then counter them with his beautiful mountain themed soundscapes.

He was definitely a Guitar Man....
