Hi there,

Here is my take on Hallelujah.  I know it's been done to death but I really wanted to learn it.

Electric Guitar: Fender Stratocaster through a home made patch straight into BR800
Acoustic Guitar: Cole Clark "Fat Lady" through Audio Technica AT2020 condenser mic into BR800
Syths: Korg MicroKorg straight into BR800
Soft Synth: Bass Station - recorded on Sonar
Vocals: Male - me into AT2020, Female - Lynne (partner) into AT2020 with lots of reverb

Mixed and mastered in Sonar.

A great way to start the day. Good choice on the reverb.

Hey Ian, nice cover. I thought it suited your vocal and Lynne's was the icing on the cake. How lovely you've done this together too :D

I've heard this song a few times, and this is now one of my favorite versions. Both vocals are lovely (Lynne's are truly angelic), and I dig the spare tremoloed electric guitar accompaniment.
