Help? advice needed...

How does one take a mastered track from micro br,,erased after it was put on line [silly i know],
to bring up the file onto the br from it's memory, [mp3],then revise parts,and make final master...?
possible?
i'm a bit slow on up take at times,so the simpler explanation, the better :] thanks,, George [Mr Bud]

Are you asking how to retrieve a deleted song from the Micro BR?  I'm hoping you haven't been recording on it since.

TC,, Good morning/afternoon ,,,,after recording and bouncing/mastering,then importing to mp3 on desk top,,
I systematically deleted each song that was securely online,,i assumed that each time i plug the micro br on to my lap top,it reflects the mp3's are there,,,,Hence,the idea to bring them back up on micro,and record additional instruments etc.... possible ?
PS: great time interacting with ya on the site,,yea,we seem to have similar tastes :]

I think you are asking to import the mp3 files from your computer back onto the BR on one track and then adding elements on other tracks.  To be honest, I'm not sure how to do this as I don't have the model, but I'm sure some folks around here would know. But I'm not 100% sure that's what you are asking. Is it?

If you want to import an mp3 file into a song folder. From memory. Put the mp3 in the mp3 folder. Create a new song. Press utility then press track. Then press the cursor below the utility button. Press IMP. Then select the mp3 file you want using the value plus and minus buttons. When file is highlighted press next. Use the value button to set import to tr12v1. Then press TIM. The file will be transferred to tracks 1&2. So is stereo remember to pan tracks full left and right.

A good idea is to back up all the data on your sd card to your pc. So if in the future you can import the entire song folder onto your mbr. You then have all the tracks to remix etc. You can't really alter an mp3 much tho you can add to it using the above method. That is how I collaborate. With wav files it is even easier with the br wav editor.
