I remember seeing these for sale in a Department store in Liverpool over 50 years ago, The box at the top had buttons with Chord names C F G7 , you pressed the button to get the chord.........
I think my pal Tommy still uses one...lol        Alex

Yeh I had one of those Alex-
I have a photo of my dad with it -(must look for the photo) dont know happened to the guitar tho'
