U

Here's my submission for U. With 5 more to go I'm feeling confident so I'm gonna take through the weekend off from the ABC's of Peel. I will be taking any suggestions for Y & Z since it seems I recognize none of the bands.
This track was another I didn't intend to produce but I had about an hour in the car yesterday & this happened. All done on the 008 & the Sax & percussion are all thumbjam.

1 uke/vocal (stereo)
1 Tenor Sax (TJ)
1 lead uke
3 percussion (TJ)

Super choice, I remember this tune well. It actually suits the Uke really well. Very cool cover bro.

I remember it too, now I hear your version.  I like it better than the original, but I was never big on UB40.

Nice cover Hook. Don't recall the original but i like all that happens in this. The rhythm uke is solid and lead uke just wanders, plays, and adds a heapin' of fun.

Loved your vox...real nice job on this...good post!

Great song, and works beautifully transposed to uke with a more gentle flavour. Really liked the little tabla sounds. The whole thing is performed beautifully.
