As it's coming up towards the dark nights and Hollow'een I put this together from childhood memories

That old Back Boad
When we were kids
We were always warned
Stayaway from that old Back Road
Banshees ghoulies and ghosts sit on the posts
Of gates on the old Back Road
=chorus.
That old Back Road
That dark and creepy and scary Road
 old folks declared anyone who ventured there
Never ever came back
=ch.
Now we never saw the headless coachman
Or the big black dog with red eyes
But we think we always heard the dog growling there
Down that old Back Road
=ch.
We heard of Julie O'Brien
Who lived in Carrickmines
Went walkin down that old Back Road
They say she met a lady with style and grace
But unfortunately she had a pigs face
==ch.
Now the old road is gone in it's place a shopping Mall
But no one ventures there at night
They say banshees ghosts sit on the posts  of the gates to the shopping mall

The lady with the pigs face...that's pretty creepy! Fun tune here Tommy done in your classic Johnny Cash style.

The guitar tracks are excellent...i guess that's a phase shifter (?) on one that gives off those almost clippety cloppity sounds that suit the tune to a tee. Good imagery and a story that most of us can relate to. Now you can write another one about the haunted mall 

Another well done tune by one of the most prolific indie musicians out there!
